THE KITCHEN
The winebar offers mostly cold dishes: antipasti, salads, sandwiches and boards of cured meats or cheeses. It also sells various types of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and vegetables preserved in oil. Characteristic local products are also available for sale, including jams, biscuits, cakes and pasta.
All the food served is supplied by neighbouring farms to avoid waste and to encourage the zero food miles concept.
All the products used for the dishes on the menu can be purchased for consumption at home. We also sell corkscrews, decanters for aged wines and glasses to ensure the best tasting conditions for the wines chosen in the store.
