Completed in 1998, Casa Vacanze Levignebio is a holiday house whose architecture resembles the cottage style of the early 20th century. It is located on a natural property and is only some 350 m away from the centre of La Morra.

The cottage includes two separate holiday flats on the ground floor, LETIZIA and ROSA, and a third flat on the upper floor which is unfortunately not available as it is rented out on a permanent basis. Parking areas are situated in front of the house or below in the associated basement garage, which is available on request.

The two holiday flats are featured with a balcony and terrace, respectively, that are well equipped with garden furniture. The rooms are tastefully arranged with antique furniture and parquet floor in the bedrooms. Both flats have satellite television available. The cellar has a shared washing machine. Each apartment has its own gas heating.

The price covers:

  • towels (3 per person), bed linen (sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover), kitchen towel
  • weekly change of bed linen and towels and room tidying when staying for more than one week
  • free cot use on request (travel-cot type)
  • pets are allowed
